Donor Management Training Programme
The DOMAINE project has developed an interactive 2-day training programme about donor management: the Donor Management Training Programme. Learn more about the entire donor management process: all aspects in blood banking that involve the donor. The training programme adresses several topics, organised in five modules: the donor management process, donor data base management, donor marketing and communication, collection operations management and donor safety.

You will be encouraged to use the Donor Management Manual, written by the DOMAINE project, as a source for solving management case studies. The training programme is designed to develop a broad and clear vision on donor management. Be inspired to use the knowledge, insights and skills in your own blood establishment.

Objectives
Upon completion of this training programme, you will be able to:

- analyse the donor management process
- analyse, use and update a donor data base that is adapted to the demand for blood products
- define and design targeted activities for donor recruitment and retention
- set up collection operations, adapted to the demand for blood products
- reflect on donor safety and donor councelling strategies
